Home Savings Bank has been providing financial services to local area residents for over 90 years. The following are examples of carefully selected third parties that may receive the above information about customers and former customers. The examples are illustrative of occasions in which we may disclose information, but are not intended to describe every situation in which we may provide customer information to a third party. The information will only be disclosed under an agreement that restricts its use to the purposes originally intended, prohibits its reuse for any other purpose and provides for the security and safekeeping of the information or as permitted by law.

We may disclose information under an agreement with a marketing firm to assist in advertising or marketing financial products and services directly to Home Savings customers and former customers. The information is provided in order to aid the firm in providing services for us.

We may disclose the following information to companies that are chosen to market services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements:

Under a strict agreement, we may disclose information to another financial institution for the purpose of informing customers and former customers about banking products and services that may be of interest, such as credit cards for example.

Under a strict agreement, we may disclose information to a securities broker for the purpose of informing customers and former customers about investment and insurance products and services that may be of interest such as annuities, mutual funds and stocks, for example.

Under a strict agreement, we may disclose information with an insurance company for the purpose of informing customers about insurance products and services that may be of interest such as mortgage life insurance, for example.

Security for Your Protection
We restrict access to nonpublic information about our customers to those Home Savings Bank employees who need to know the information to fulfill that person's job responsibility within our corporate framework. We continue to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to secure your nonpublic personal information. We encourage all customers to be equally diligent with personal financial information and to follow steps that protect against unauthorized access to funds and information. Should our relationship end, Home Savings Bank will continue to adhere to the privacy policy and practices as described throughout this notice.
